Last week, communities converged in MIT’s beautiful, new open space.
Residents from across Cambridge enjoyed a night out together with art, good food, and local cider. CRLS teacher Guillermo Nojechowicz and his band Jazz World Trio offered the perfect musical backdrop for our digital photo exhibition featuring youth perspectives on our city. We loved getting to know our MIT neighbors and introducing the youth in our annual report and their families to this gorgeous space. Hailing from all different neighborhoods, residents mingled with MIT graduate student families and soaked in our city, together—saying they’d be back to the Kendall/MIT Open Space.
We’re so grateful to MIT for partnering with us on a wonderful evening and for creating this beautiful, new public space where all Cantabrigians can feel at home and where local talents can be showcased and shared. A huge thank you to the Kendall/MIT Open Space staff, Artifact Cider, and Naco Taco. Stop by the Kendall/MIT Open Space! It’s worth a train ride.
