Meet Adrienne and Geoff!
Your community foundation is growing stronger in our shared work in Cambridge with the addition of two seasoned professionals to our values-driven team.
Adrienne Wallace, former teacher, school administrator, and nonprofit leader, takes forward Gwyn Gallagher’s role as Director of Grantmaking & Programs. Geoff O’Connell joins us as Chief Financial Officer, bringing expertise in developing financial and investment management systems in both corporate and nonprofit settings.
Adrienne is eager to roll up her sleeves with our nonprofits. “I’ve had a lot of experience in direct service—in schools, nonprofits, and in communities, but with the Foundation, we have the opportunity to get in front of social problems in partnership with nonprofits,” said Adrienne. She’s looking into creative ways to support transformative change.
Though Geoff is a numbers guy, he understands what we’re all about. “CCF is in the unique position to not only provide financial support for 150 nonprofits, but to leverage its civic leadership role and deep knowledge of Cambridge in thinking with others about solutions to the complex problems our city faces,” said Geoff, who is strengthening the systems that support our work.
